A week ago i assisted to the presentation of the SS 2012 collection for Dolores Cortés,
it was my first time on Cibeles and on top of it i had a backstage pass!!
i was able to see for myself the basis of the collection, i saw the last tests on the models
and i got to see all the hairdressing and makeup madness, impressive!!
Those following on twitter were able to see exclusively and the important details of the collection,
based on the imaginary jungle of the french artist Henri Rosseau.
The cromatic base was strawbery, purple and green all the patterns were created by themselves
and every size has a diferent pattern scale so they all share the same cut.
I always liked crochet bikinis though i've never had one due to the water issue,
They loose its shape and take ages to dry... but this summer season i will undoubtedly get one of this collection
for myself because they don't deform and they dry quickly! What else would you want??
The shoes are Paco Gil's, they had the same base colour in patent leather and buckskin finishes. Important!!
Some models told us they were totally satisfied as for this shoes turned to be the most comfortable!!

Hace como una semana que asistí a la presentación de la colección PV 2012 de Dolores Cortés,
era la primera vez que asistía a Cibeles y encima entraba al backstage!!
Pude conocer de primera mano en qué se basaba la colección, asistí a las últimas pruebas de varias modelos
y pude ver todo el entresijo de maquillaje y peluquería, impresionante!
Todos los que me seguisteis por twitter ese día conocisteis en tiempo real y en exclusiva,
los detalles mas importantes de la colección.
Esta basada en la selva imaginaria que creó el pintor francés, Henri Rousseau.
La base cromática era el fresa, el morado y el verde, todos los estampados son creados por ellos
y cada talla tiene una dimensión de estampado diferente para que todos tengan el mismo corte.
Siempre me han gustado los bikinis de crochet, pero jamás he tenido ninguno
porque al mojarlos siempre se deforman y tardan mucho en secarse,
pero esta temporada de verano no dudaré en hacerme con alguno de esta colección
porque gracias a nuevos materiales utilizados por Dolores cortés, esto no ocurrirá, que mas podemos pedir?

Los zapatos son obra de Paco Gil, tenían la misma base de color con acabados en charol y antelina.
Atención!! Algunas modelos nos soplaron que estaban encantadísimas porque eran los zapatos mas cómodos!!
Mayte de la Iglesia dio fé de ello calzando unas estupendísimas sandalias en color morado.
