I have received several requests asking about
how to buy on eBay, so I've been taken screenshots
while I am searching and buying the top that I
was wearing today.
I've tried to explain it as clearly as possible, I hope you will be helpful
He recibido varias "peticiones" para que explique cómo buscar y comprar en eBay, así que he ido haciendo pantallazos mientras buscaba y compraba el top que llevo hoy.
He intentado explicarlo lo mas claro posible, espero que os sea de ayuda!! :D
1. - We search
eBay.es
There are "two eBay" Classic and Announcements.
The difference is that eBay Ads items are
in your community and Ebay Classic let you buy all over
the world new and vintage items staying at home . (That’s what we are interested on!).
If we click on Ebay Classic we will find this screen.
Existen "dos eBay" Classic y Anuncios.
La diferencia es que en eBay Anuncios los artículos son de tu provincia o comunidad, en eBay Classic puedes comprar alrededor de todo el mundo sin moverte de casa, y artículos tanto nuevos como vintage. (Es el que nos interesa!!). Entramos en eBay Classic y encontráis esta pantalla.
2. - Login or
Register.
-If you do not have an eBay account you click "register"
and fill the form. It is VERY IMPORTANT that
you fill it with real data because
it will be your shipping address on your purchases.
2.- Identifícate o regístrate.
-Si no tienes cuenta en eBay, entras en "regístrate" y rellenas el formulario. Es MUY IMPORTANTE que rellenes todo con datos reales, porque de eso depende la dirección de envío en tus compras.
- Once you are registered
on eBay, if you are always “sign in” It will be faster and easier to buy.
- Cuando estéis registrados, siempre que entréis nuevamente a eBay identificaros para que la compra sea más fácil y rápida.
3. - Search.
I was looking for a “Chiffon” Blouse because this tissue
has driven me crazy this season. To get a closest search I wrote “Collar” because
I wanted a different top. The next step was that I clicked CLOTHES,
SHOES and ACCESSORIES.
3.- Búsqueda.
Necesitaba una BLUSA, y la quería del tejido que me ha vuelto loca esta temporada: GASA para cerrar las opciones, escribí la palabra CUELLO, me apetecía que tuviera algo divertido.
Para seguir cerrando opciones, me centré en la búsqueda de ROPA, ZAPATOS y COMPLEMENTOS.
It is very important to
synthesize the search in a few key words!.
To get more search options go to the left column, and
where it says “location” select WORLDWIDE.
That is the reason why we have to write the key words in English. If we do not
know the language, we can use a translator because we do not need structured
sentences only single words.
Es muy importante sintetizar la búsqueda en pocas palabras pero que sean CLAVE!.
Para tener mas opciones de búsqueda vamos a la columna de la izquierda, y dónde pone ubicación, seleccionamos TODO EL MUNDO. Por eso es positivo escribir las palabras clave en inglés, y si no sabemos, no pasa nada porque no son frases, son palabras sueltas que rápidamente podemos traducir con un traductor ;)
4.- Make a choise.
If the items are not shown into squares, don’t worry about
it. Click “See how” on the top and you will have different options. (This is
what I like the most).
As you can see in the picture, I chose and clicked the
second option. It was love at first sight!.
4.- Elección.
Si los artículos no os salen como a mi, en cuadraditos, no os preocupéis, arriba en "VER COMO", tenéis diferentes opciones, (a mí me gusta más ésta)
Como veis en la foto, elegí la segunda opción, fue amor a primera vista!! hacemos click en la prenda elegida.
5. - Is it reliable?
The most important is to have a look at the percentage of positive feedbacks
and number of stars that sellers have with their usernames. This one has 14620 stars and a percentage of 99.7% positive feedback, is also Power Seller, a category that is given to the best eBay sellers.
If we are curious and we wanted
to know if it is a reliable seller, we can have a look to their online store by
clicking in the little red door at the bottom of the feedbacks. In case that
the seller doesn’t have online store but selling a lot of items, we click on
“see other items”. Not all the Power Sellers have a store.
In this screen we will get all
the info about the item and If we go below down on the page we can have more
pictures, too.
If we are decided to buy we only
have to click “Buy It now”.
5.- ¿Es fiable?
Lo más más importante es fijarse en el porcentaje de votos positivos y la cantidad de estrellitas que tienen los vendedores junto a su nombre de usuario
.
Este tiene 14620 estrellitas y un porcentaje del 99,7% de votos positivos, además es Power Seller, que es un categoría que da eBay a los mejores vendedores.
En esta pantalla, tenemos toda la info de la prenda, si vamos hacia abajo podemos ver más imágenes. Si nos decidimos a comprar solo hay que clickar en ¡Cómpralo ya!.
6.- Purchase and payment
- We will get a screen like this where we have all the payment details. We have
to choose always PayPal If we want to have secure online purchases.
If we are agree we click VALIDATE PURCHASE.
6.- Compra y pago
- Nos saldrá una pantalla como esta donde nos da todos los datos del pago, por supuesto siempre con PayPal!! si queremos hacer compras seguras en internet no hay otra opción, siempre PAYPAL!! Si estamos de acuerdo con lo que vemos en pantalla, clickamos en VALIDAR COMPRA.

and click
to PAYNOW.
- GRACIAS POR COMPRAR ESTE ARTÍCULO! Volvemos a revisar y le damos a PAGAR AHORA.
- REVIEW YOUR PURCHASE, we check the delivery system,
its cost and give
it to CONTINUE
- REVISAR TU COMPRA, volvemos a revisar, comprobamos el sistema de envío, su costo y le damos a CONTINUAR.
- PAY WITH PAYPAL. One feature that I like to pay with paypal is that it is really simple, we write our mail registration, password and click on ENTER.
- PAGO CON PAYPAL. Una de las características que mas me gusta de pagar con paypal es que es lo más sencillo, ponemos nuestro mail de registro en paypal, la contraseña y hacemos click en ENTRAR.
- CONFIRM PAYPAL PAYMENT , we review the info and click on CONTINUE. We will get another screen to double-check payment and we click CONFIRM.
- CONFIRMAMOS PAGO EN PAYPAL, revisamos la info y clickamos en CONTINUAR Nos saldrá otra pantalla para revisar nuevamente el pago y clickamos CONFIRMAR.
- THANK YOU FOR SEND PAYMENT with this confirm that the payment has been processed.
- GRACIAS POR ENVIAR EL PAGO, con esto confirmamos que el pago ha sido realizado.
In a few days you will receive an
email named CHANGES IN YOURPURCHASE, this means
that your item has been sent and It will take more
or less to arrive depending on where you live in the world and where
you have purchased. There are clothes that have taken to arrive me
about 4 weeks, do not be alarmed It also depends on where you
live, whether central or
not. On the other hand, they can arrive sooner. It is very IMPORTANT do
not delete this mail until you receive your item because
it has a tracking number and you can complain using it on
eBay any setbacks.
WE HAVE OUR ITEM PURCHASED!
It is not complicated, it's a big text because I wanted to explain it step by step, but you can validate a payment on eBay in less than a minute, CHECK IT!
Sure you may ask: what about auctions? If you are addicted to the surprise of seeing if you win an item at the last minute bidding, then purchase is your way, but I prefer "Buy it now", specially when I want to be mine as soon as possible! I thought eBay were only second-hand auction things and is no longer true! Now is full of new items and fixed price.
En unos días recibiremos un mail en nuestro correo con el asusto de CAMBIOS EN TU COMPRA, esto significa que tu artículo ya ha sido enviado y dependiendo del lugar del mundo donde lo hayas comprado tardará más o menos en llegar, no os asustéis hay prendas que me han tardado en llegar unas 4 semanas también depende de dónde vivas, si es céntrico o no, aunque lo normal es que te llegue antes de ese tiempo
.
IMPORTANTE no borres ese mail hasta que recibas tu artículo porque lleva un número de seguimiento con el que puedes reclamar a eBay cualquier anomalía.
YA HEMOS COMPRADO NUESTRO ARTÍCULO!!
No es nada complicado, es un mega texto porque he querido explicarlo muy bien paso por paso, pero en menos de un minuto puedes validar un pago en eBay, COMPROBADO!!
Y seguro que os preguntaréis: ¿y las subastas? Si sois adictas a la sorpresa de ver si ganáis un artículo pujando en el último minuto, entonces es vuestro formato de compra, pero yo prefiero el de “Compralo ya”, sobre todo cuando tengo claro que quiero que el artículo sea mío cuanto antes!! Porque yo pensaba que en eBay solo se encontraban cosas de segunda mano y en subasta y ya no es así! Ahora está plagado de artículos nuevos y a precio fijo.
